YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN LABOR WHEN YOU PICKUP AND LOAD YOUR ITEMS.
SELLER OR AUCTIONEER DOES NOT HAVE ANY LABOR OR EQUIPMENT TO HELP YOU WITH LOADING OR HAULING YOUR PURCHASE.

NOTE: WE HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH A COUPLE OF INDEPENDENT HAULERS THAT FOR A REASONABLE CHARGE WILL HELP THOSE BUYER'S THAT MAY NEED HELP TO LOAD AND HAUL THEIR ITEMS FROM THE NURSERY SITE.

TRUCK AND DRIVER:
Minimum charge $350.00 for up to 100 Miles
over 100 miles will be an additional $3.00 for each additional mile.
TIMELY UNLOADING AT THE BUYERS LOCATION WILL BE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY

$25.00 per MAN HOUR FOR LOADING AT THE FARM with 1/2 hour minimum.

$80.00 PER HOUR FOR MACHINE and OPERATOR TO LOAD THE LARGE TREES WHEN NEEDED with 1/2 hour minimum.

Auction will end with 1 item per minute and bidding will be extended for 3 minutes if there is a bid placed at the last minute.
This prevents your bid from being sniped at the last second and gives you a chance to place another bid if you so choose.
