NOTE: Several people are mislead to think that the auction method of selling is to be used as the method of last resort. THIS IS NOT TRUE: The auction brings prepared buyers to your sale at a specific time and place that is determined by you. We call this the accelerated method of selling.
Many times the Accelerated Auction Method of Selling will bring a higher price than the seller was expecting.

All announcements from the auction block supersede any printed material or any other statements made previously.
